I AM CHECHEN

Based on the fragments of German Sadułajew's book "I am Chechen" and Anna Politkowska's reportages. A story of a man and the time of war, the choices between life and death. It's about the question: should I stay and fight for my land, or should I run to survive though leaving the loved ones behind?... The piece was not meant to simply raise controversy or to provoke. It was meant to ask "Why?". It was meant to speak up for the people whose voice was taken away from them, whose suffering was ignored by the international public.
