Marek Noniewicz, the opening of an exhibition of Marek Noniewicz titled "Sommer Album" and workshop
Program in APRIL
A project titled: "A Preserved Picture" returns to the Kana Theatre after a few year break and it is led by Filip Bylak and Paweł Kula. The project presents artists interested in borderlands of contemporary photography, the artists walking rather paths than roads, disclosing an individual approach to photographic medium. This year edition of the project will be inaugurated by an exhibition of Marek Noniewicz photographs titled "Sommer Album". The author says: a consciousness of complexity of natural phenomena gave me an idea of trying to reproduce them by photographic processes. The artist will lead a workshop showing some simple techniques of bringing photographic images on selected surfaces of objects (photographic monotype) and elements of free graphic techniques using features of photosensitive materials (luminograms and colourful chemigraphs). The exhibition and workshop are co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, within the program A Fund of Promotion of Creativity.
